Energy food for the fasting

In my blog this time I will share good foods to take to increase energy during fasting

Fasting a full month during Ramadan requires a lot of energy to be able to always be strong in activities even if you do not eat and drink. Lack of energy can make your body tired easily and make you unproductive, or even make you sick.So below are some types of food that I have recommended!

1.Banana

Bananas are very good for adding energy. The reason is that bananas are rich in carbohydrates, potassium, and vitamin B6. The function of these contents is to increase energy. So when eating a banana at dawn, you are guaranteed to be active even while fasting all day.

2.Oatmeal

The wheat content in oatmeal provides a long -lasting source of energy for the body. In addition, oatmeal is also high in vitamins and minerals to help the energy formation process. Consuming oatmeal during Suhoor is believed to provide enough energy during fasting.

3.Dark Chocolate

Dark chocolate contains antioxidants that are very beneficial to improve blood circulation throughout the body. This can help deliver oxygen to the brain and muscles, so it can reduce fatigue during activity. Therefore, consuming dark chocolate after eating your sahur menu can help maintain energy during the day of fasting.

4.Egg

Eggs contain many proteins that can be a source of energy in the body. Amino acids in eggs can also stimulate the process of energy formation by helping the body absorb more sugar, stimulate energy formation, and increase the breakdown of fat to produce energy in the body.

5.Red Rice

Red rice is rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals that can help the process of energy formation in the body. In addition, the fiber content in red rice can also help regulate blood sugar levels. So that it can make the energy stable throughout the day.
